It shouldn’t be surprising that Steph Drury has such a thorough appreciation for Comsearch and its customers. After all, she began her Comsearch career as a customer service rep in 1999. She quickly moved to an analyst position in ProCheck Auto before becoming a Team Leader, supervising her own team of analysts. Later, as a Product & Sales Support Rep, she dove right in to deliver superior service to customers both internal and external.
As Operations Manager, Stephanie is both internal advocate and external liaison. She sees to it that the company’s service offerings achieve optimal results for Comsearch’s clients via ProCheck’s signature mix of right people / right technology.
Holder of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Stephanie enjoys “the two Rs.” She’s an avid runner – 5Ks and half-marathons – as well as an avid reader.
