After years as a sales representative in the automotive industry, Monique began with Comsearch as a desk review and subrogation analyst for both auto and specialty equipment claims before checking into a hybrid supervisory position. She has worked with Technology to create a more streamlined product and process.  Now with more than a decade at Comsearch, as the Director of Auto Claims she feels her experience has helped her to understand both the needs of the client as well as her team, to ensure a thorough and efficient product.

Holder of many Appraiser and Property and Casualty adjuster licenses, Monique’s is working toward a designation as CPCU and her hobbies include outdoor activities, reading, and art.
